King Pieter the Bandit (2448 IC - 2487 IC?) was a Border Prince who ruled the Downlands east of the River Azril from the village of Pietersburg (now Arrow Heap). He was originally a bandit from Reikland in the Empire who went south with his band of outlaws to build a kingdom of their own - and succeed for a few years.
Pieter proved a poor ruler and a worse neighbour and when a coalition of nearby princes united against him he fled his capital with as much gold as his horse could carry. Pieter has not been seen since the Battle of Arrow Heap in early 2487 and is now believed dead (and if he isn't he will be if dares set foot in his former kingdom again.)
